Hi, I’m Miranda Penner. My husband John and I made Moose Jaw our home in 2017, shortly after the birth of our third child. With an extensive background in retail and food service management, I’ve always been passionate about creating positive customer experiences and meaningful connections. In 2020, our family launched Kona Ice of Moose Jaw—a fun, family-run business that lets us bring joy to the community while teaching our kids the value of hard work. It’s been incredibly rewarding to be part of our customers’ happiest moments, and that’s a feeling I carry with me into every new venture.
Selling shaved ice in Saskatchewan may be seasonal, but building relationships is year-round. A career in real estate always intrigued me, inspired in part by my grandfather, Walter Stewart, a respected land developer in Lethbridge, Alberta. While in university, I saw the care he put into every project, and with encouragement from my family—especially my brother, Tyrel Kenmore, a Realtor in Medicine Hat—I decided now was the time to take the leap. I’m proud to be joining the team at Royal LePage Landmart and excited to help clients navigate one of life’s biggest milestones.
Buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction—it’s a deeply personal journey. Whether it’s your first home, your twelfth, or an investment property, I understand how emotional and complex the process can be. A home is where real life happens: first steps, family dinners, muddy boots, and celebrations. It’s more than just a pretty space—it needs to function for your life. If you’re looking for an agent who will focus on connection, functionality, and your personal needs, I’m here for you every step of the way.
When I’m not working for you or serving up shaved ice, I’m usually on the road with my kids for swimming, baseball, dance, or music. I proudly serve on the board of the Moose Jaw Kinsmen Flying Fins and my family has been a host home for international students and athletes for over a decade. Community is at the heart of everything I do—and I can’t wait to help you find your place in it.
